The Design Process

All suites are custom-designed and created exclusively for each couple. We believe a thoughtful process is essential to creating refined, cohesive wedding stationery. Our approach is clear, collaborative, and intentionally paced to ensure every detail is considered.

Initial Inquiry & Consultation

Once we receive your inquiry, we review your vision, event details, and timeline. Selected projects proceed to a consultation to discuss aesthetic direction, scope, and suitability.

Concept & Creative Direction

We begin by translating your wedding details into a tailored mood board that defines the color story and atmosphere. With the creative direction established, I provide conceptual sketches of your invitation layout and begin the custom illustration work that brings your vision to life.

Design & Illustration

Your stationery is custom-designed from the ground up, with hand-drawn illustrations and carefully considered layouts. Each piece is created to function both individually and as part of a unified collection.

4.

Refinement & Final Delivery

We will move through structured revision rounds to polish every detail, ensuring the work perfectly aligns with your vision. Once the design is perfected, we transition directly into production—preparing your motion invitation and all print and digital assets in professional, production-ready formats for a seamless handoff.

Booking Timeframe

Reach out 2-3 months before you wish to receive/send out your stationery. It’s ok if you don’t have all the details just yet.

To ensure every hand-drawn illustration and motion frame is refined to perfection, our design process typically spans 4 to 8 weeks.

Payment

Investment & Payment Schedule

Initial Deposit & Booking To begin our creative process, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. This payment officially secures your place in our design calendar and allows us to begin your custom mood board and initial sketches.

Final Balance The remaining 50% balance is due upon the final approval of your designs, prior to digital delivery.

Terms & Details

Booking Policy: Dates are reserved on a first-paid basis. Your project begins once the initial deposit is received.
